Steve Cox founded Employment Alliance Holdings with a simple belief: better staffing starts with better leadership. With more than 27 years of experience, Steve has built EAH into a multi-state provider, guiding Allegiant Staffing, WorkSource, and National Truck Staffing. His focus on innovation, transparency, and employee ownership continues to define the organization’s direction and success. 

For more than two decades, Tammy has helped EAH grow strategically and sustainably. Her financial insight, steady guidance, and risk management expertise keep our organization grounded in an ever-changing industry. Tammy’s institutional knowledge and commitment to excellence continue to shape EAH’s long-term stability and success. 

Elisa brings more than 20 years of staffing experience and a client-first mindset to her leadership at EAH. As Brand Manager, she oversees client services and ensures every brand delivers on its promise of quality, consistency, and care. Her approach to leadership centers on relationships, building trust that lasts far beyond a single placement. 

Eva has spent the past decade making safety, compliance, and reliability a cornerstone of how we operate. As Operations Manager for Allegiant Staffing, WorkSource, and National Truck Staffing, she leads with precision and purpose. From compliance to client relations, Eva’s work strengthens our foundation and ensures every partner experience reflects our commitment to excellence. 

Dara plays a key role in driving brand strategy and operational performance across EAH’s family of companies. Known for her collaborative leadership and results-driven approach, she ensures that every client experience reflects the consistency and care our brands are known for.
